I have received a few emails from people complaining about 4shared.com (that's the site where I upload my kits to). So I just uploaded the Old Fashioned kit to a site called MegaUpload.com. Hopefully it will be faster. From what I understand, if you sign up for a free membership, the wait time to download is 25 seconds. If you do not sign up for the free membership, the wait time to download is 45 seconds. Regardless, it should be faster then 4shared's site which is over a minute. The links have been added to the bottom of the Old Fashioned Christmas kit post. Please let me know if MegaUpload.com is any better, and if so, I will use that site from now on. Thanks so much!

Thank you for all your free kits. Your work is fabulous. I am another one who detests 4shared. If you have multiple downloads, you can end up waiting up to 10 minutes before it will let you download the file. You might want to try boxnet too. Its very fast.
What? The files are free and people are still complaining they have to wait to download? Sheesh? No consideration for the amount of time it took you to make it then? Get real people!
What a bunch, especially you anon, can't even put your name to your detestable comment. Who's complaining about it being free? Everyone who downloads the kit it very grateful to Summer for the giving. I know I sure am. 4 shared is abusive in its behavior and I am so glad Summer took the extra time out of her day to re upload it for those of us who refuse to be abused. I don't mind the wait at 4shared but even after waiting the required time (which gets longer each time I try), the file will still not download (for the card templates).
Amd of course it worked after I put in my comment. Thanks for sharing your talent. I learned of the templates and your site from Write.Click.Scrapbook this morning.
I recommend usdownloader there are no wait times-you just put everything in your Queue and it downloads everything automatically. I don't like that everyone is going to other sites as with usdownloader (which is free) there are no wait times-so changing from 4shared is actually making me have to wait more since I don't wait right now. just thought I would put my .02 in and give some advice.
(USdownloader is free and I am not affiliated wdith them in anyway) I have free 4shared also-so the system I am using is completely free.
I'm a 4shared subscriber, so I don't wait at all. I vote stay with 4shared. Thanks for asking for feedback and thanks for graciously sharing your work!
Thanks for the kits! I don't like the wait time on 4shared, but I just tried the new site, and even with an account, I have no idea how to actually get the file...it just keeps giving me a 'download' link, and resets my time each time I click on it. I think I'll stick to the 4shared.

I always write a list of products used and put a linky back to your wonderful site. I managed to download it the normal way but it did take a while but as usual it's always worth it!

How can you complain at the wonderful gift that you give to all of us off your site! Thank you so much for all of your beautiful work! The other site is much better for sure, but I like others, would wait no matter what. Happy holidays!

I don't love the 4shared waiting times, but they don't make me crazy either. The new one... just opened up a bunch of pop-ups on my computer. Which DO make me crazy. :O)

I tried Mega Uploader but the download time for Papers1 was 2 hrs and I can't download more than one at a time. I am know a subscriber to 4 shared but thats ok. thank you so much for sharing and trying to make it easier even though thats not really your job. I love your stuff and if I have to wait I will:)

I searched for "4Shared", to see if there was any update on your use of it, and I'm glad I did. I agree with a previous commenter who offered her opinion that 4Shared is abusive. It's GREAT when you're uploading files; I've used it before to upload, and they make it very easy and fast. But. When you're on the downloading end, 4Shared is definitely abusive. I've been trying to download some of your older kits, and after managing to get a few downloaded after waiting about 90 seconds, I tried to download two at a time, and I was slapped with a 220 second wait time (after which the file failed to download, and I was given another 220 second wait).
I would urge you to use a different download service, (have you thought about using Flickr? Or PhotoBucket?), as 4Shared isn't working for me at all . . .
Whatever you decide, though, you're a very talented graphics artist, and I appreciate you sharing your work freely. Thanks so much!
